Tobacco-Free and Smoke-Free Campus Policy

Because of the desire to protect the health and lives of everyone in the Baylor community, the University prohibits smoking and the use of all tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes, chewing tobacco, snuff, and other tobacco products) and nicotine substances not approved or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as smoking cessation products by students, faculty, staff, and visitors on all University owned, operated, leased, occupied, or controlled property.
