II. Scope of the Baylor University Student Conduct Code

Student Conduct Administration has general oversight for all acts of student misconduct at Baylor University.

Academic violations are defined and adjudicated under the Honor Code. All other student misconduct violations, not covered by the Honor Code, are defined and adjudicated under the Student Conduct Code.

In determining sanctions for violations under either process, the totality of a student's misconduct at the University may be considered as defined by the Honor Code and the Student Conduct Code.
